Aai Baba Medical Foundation, Pune is making an urgent medical help appeal to us that Malhar Bhau Dhawale, an 18-year-old boy, has been admitted to Yoga Multispecialty Hospital, Shewalwadi, Pune since the 29th. This boy had an accident on the morning of the 29th. He has suffered a severe head injury. In this, he underwent a brain operation, which has cost him a lot. Approximately 7 to 8 lakhs have been spent. The boy’s father works part-time. He cannot spend that much. The boy is studying in 12th grade in college. Since their situation is not such that they can afford to pay so much money, please help them together so that their bill burden is lessened and they get a small amount of help from us. I am trying my best, but I request that you also help with this social work.

Mrs. Pratibha Mohan Paigude, a 40-year-old loving wife and mother, has been diagnosed with a severe heart condition known as Dilated Cardiomyopathy. This condition has progressively weakened her heart, and doctors at Sahyadri super speciality Hospital Karve Road Pune have determined that a heart transplant is her only chance of survival. Without this urgent surgery, her life remains at significant risk.

She is registered with ZONAL TRANSPLANT COORDINATION CENTRE (ZTCC), PUNE Co KEM HOSPITAL Heart waiting list since 01 June 2024 Sahyadri Superspeciality Hospital Sahyadri Super Speciality Hospital, Karve Road Pune. Her current city waiting list number is 04.

As of today, Mrs. Pratibha’s condition has reached a critical point. The doctors have strongly advised that she undergo a heart transplant as soon as possible to save her life. The urgency of the situation cannot be overstated, and time is of the essence.

The estimated cost for the cadaveric heart transplantation, including surgery, post-operative care, and medications, is substantial. Despite exhausting all personal resources and savings, Mrs. Pratibha’s family is unable to cover the full cost of this life-saving procedure. Here is the detailed estimation-
